



2021 National Convention

Important Information
-
The Grand Lodge Convention will be July 4 - 7 in Tampa, Florida.
-
Rooms must be reserved and booked through State Secretary Jackie Russell.
-
On-site registration will be very limited.
-
Please pre-register on the Elks.org website.
-
This will save you $10 and avoid lines.​

Credentials will be available from Jackie Russel at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown-Conv.​
-
Pre-registration is open now until June 21st. Please do it as quickly as possible here.
-
NO EXHIBIT HALL. Local support committee, limited trademark licensee display, and Elks HQ information hours will be available. Located on the 2nd floor in the Tampa Convention center.
Covid Guidelines
-
Wear face masks when in public convention spaces.
-
Practice social distancing; remain 6 feet from others at all times.
-
Wash your hands frequently during the convention
-
Monitor your health; do not attend convention events if you have: fever, cough, shortness of breath.

Event Registration
-
ALL EVENTS require a reservation, this includes Opening Ceremonies, General sessions, Seminars, Workshops.
-
Event registration will begin sometime in early May, most likely May 5th.
-
You can register up to 1 hour prior to the event IF CAPACITY ALLOWS.
-
Show your printed ticket or electronic copy on a smartphone to gain entry.
-
Show up 10 minutes prior to the event.
-
Meeting Room capacity will be limited.

Credentials

Pick up credentials at your hotel from Jackie Russel our State Housing Coordinator.
-
Ribbons will not be available this year.
-
Show your membership card when picking up credentials to receive a Convention stamp.
​
Hospitality Rooms
-
State Associations are recommended to follow all CDC, State of Florida, and Hotel guidelines as they pertain to room capacity and social gatherings in Hospitality Rooms.
-
A list of state hospitality rooms, including location, hours, and attendance restrictions will be posted on the Elks.org website in June.
​
Comfort Level Wrist Bands
-
The Elks National Convention Commission is going to try to provide wristbands onsite for free that allow you to indicate your comfort level.
-
RED WRISTBANDS means you want 6 feet apart, no exceptions.​
-
YELLOW WRISTBANDS means elbows only, still being cautious.
-
GREEN WRISTBANDS means Hi-Fives and Handshakes allowed.
