Welcome to Mississippi
On behalf of the Hospitality State we bid you a warm welcome to our website and any of our eleven local lodges.
The Mississippi Elks Association was organized in 1901. Our state sponsor is Past Grand Exalted Ruler Mike (Sandra) Smith of Plant City Lodge #1727. Our state is comprised of two districts: North District #4680 and South District #4720.

Elks Lodges bring so much more to their communities than just a building, or pool. They are places where neighbors come together, families share meals, and children grow up.
Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, meet the needs of today's veterans, and improve the quality of life.
We believe in our country, and in educating our youth, as well as giving them activities that encourage character growth.
Our mission is instill in people the principles of charity, justice, brotherly love and fidelity.
Our Programs
The Elks are uniquely American, and as such we implement patriotic activities and programs through what we call Americanism. The goal and ambition is to quicken the spirit of American patriotism and to stimulate pride and respect towards patriotism. We also show our patriotism through our many veterans programs.
We also believe in educating and protecting the youth of our Country. We work directly with the DEA on one of the nation's largest drug awareness programs. We also provide scholarships, and programs to encourage character growth.
