State Convention
State Convention is held in the first full weekend in May every year.
This convention is visited by our State Sponsor, Mike Smith and his wife Sandra. The State Presidents of Alabama, Georgia and Florida will also be in attendence.
Thursday is usually early arrival with nothing explicitly planned. Check with the hosting lodge to see if they have an event scheduled.
Fridays are mostly social. There is usually a golf tournament planned for the day. Sometime after lunch the hospitality room will open.
Saturdays are mostly business, with meetings usually from 10 AM until Lunch. After lunch is the business meeting. Later that night on Saturday is the banquet. The hospitality room will be open between these events.
