Southeast Regional Hoop Shoot

Southeast Regional Hoop Shoot was held in Valdosta GA. The State of MS sent 6 boys and girls to compete as our State Winners in their age groups. 8-9 Year old. Javeon Easley from Greenville Lodge #148. Jilli Kate Briggs from Corinth Lodge #2573. 10-11 year old. Ronald Mix from Greenville Lodge #148. Austyn McNeece from Gulfport Lodge #978. 12-13 year old. Brad Streetman from Corinth Lodge #2573. Lilly Edge Corinth Lodge #2573. Jilli Kate Briggs from Corinth Lodge won 1st place in the girls 8-9 Division. She will advance to National Hoop Shoot in Chicago on April 30. She is the 1st Representative from MS to attend Nationals in 14 years. They were all winners to us to have been MS State Champions. A Special Thank you to Valdosta Elks Lodge # 728 for providing meals and The Saturday Banquet for all competitors and their Families from MS, AL, GA, FL, and SC. The volunteers were fantastic.
